Work-thanksgiving

Thank you God. Today, it has been made clear to me that my work is not in vain. I know it is not about my work but what you are doing behind everything. Thank you for being a faithful God and thank you for teaching me to be faithful in my work. Thank you for giving dignity to all of us through our jobs, mundane chores, studying, exams, and occupation. They are holy and consist a major portion of our lives. May all we do bring you glory. Colossians 3:17

confessions of a bad friend

I am terribly sorry.
I know I could've helped you, but I didn't.
I know that I could have spent more time with you, but I didn't.
I know I am the only one left in your life, but I left as well.
I know each day is a painful blur to you and every night a frightful awake.
I know you needed me, but I didn't need you.
      you were a burden to me, so I didn't carry you.
I know I cannot be your savoir, but I didn't point you to Him.
I failed you, my friend.
I await your return. I will struggle with you. I will do so now in prayers.

Bring healing oh powerful one. Bring your presence to where I cannot go. Empower me so I can be a true friend.

Again and again, I am sorry my brother, my friend.

Have you ever? (an interview)

Have you ever accidentally deleted all your contacts on your phone?
D:Yes.

Was it annoying afterwards to try and get all the contacts back?
D:Yes.

Would you ever try it again?
D: No.. never

Name one good outcome from this incident?
D: well there are some people that are in my contact list that I never called. I don't even know why they are in there. So it's good that you update your list to the people you Actually call.

Do you think you might regret not having those numbers later?
D:Yes.

Is this your first time?
D:No

Are you embarrassed that this has happened more than once in your life?
D:Yes.. (don't laugh)

Please give a piece of advice to those who have yet to deleted their contact list?
D: Don't do it. Also Delete ALL doesn't mean delete everything about one individual contact. It means ALL your contacts.
